YallaLift Terms of Use

YallaLift is a fitness tracker made by the YallaLift team. These terms describe your use of the app and are published at yallalift.app/terms. Please read them before using YallaLift.

Agreeing to these terms

The first time you open YallaLift, you are asked to tap Agree and continue to accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian agrees for you.

Who can use YallaLift

You must be at least 13 to use YallaLift. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you.

Fitness and safety

YallaLift is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting an exercise programme. You train at your own risk.

Workout records, exercise instructions, estimated strength, personal records, and suggested loads are information to help you track training. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, or a personalised safety assessment. Check equipment, loads, and your technique yourself. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

Using the app

You may use YallaLift for lawful fitness tracking. Do not use it to break the law, interfere with its operation, bypass security protections, or infringe another person’s rights. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for protecting access to your device. The current app stores training data locally and has no account or app-managed cloud recovery. Clearing app data, deleting the app, or losing your phone can erase your history. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion details.

YallaLift is currently free. A premium tier and purchases are planned for later. Any paid features will need clear pricing and applicable purchase terms before they become available.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YallaLift is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Results and fitness improvements are not guaranteed. Timers, reminders, calculations, and records may be affected by errors or device restrictions. This does not affect rights you have under Lebanese consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the YallaLift team is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, or interruptions resulting from use of, or inability to use, YallaLift. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross fault, or death or injury to a person, or any liability or right that Lebanese law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Lebanese law. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Lebanon. If you are a consumer, you keep your right to use the consumer dispute procedures available to you and your local courts.

Language

These terms are written in English.

Changes

Features and these terms may change as YallaLift develops. Updated terms will carry a new date and be available through the app. Material changes will be explained before they apply, with any agreement required by applicable law. You can stop using the app if you do not accept updated terms.
